I began studying the Dharma with Venerable Sangye Khadro in 2015 and took Rabjung ordination in Bodhgaya, India in 2018 with Geshe Ngawang Rabga. Following two years of offering service at Root Institute for Wisdom Culture in Bodhgaya, I took Getsul ordination with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in March 2019 in Dharamsala. I have been studying Tibetan at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in an effort to follow through on the advice of my teacher by preparing for my traditional Tibetan monastic studies at Ganden Choeling Nunnery. I’ve been accepted into Ganden Choeling for the next academic year starting in Feb/March 2020.
I am a happy nun who has been living in India since 2017. I am incredibly grateful to my teachers and work daily to follow through on their advice, keep my vows well and study hard with the aim of someday being able to benefit others.
From my heart, thank you for your kindness and generosity!
